We aim to offer something unique to training provision. we want to deliver courses when you want them including afternoon, late evening and weekends.
Professional Approach
We will liaise with clients before training begins to discuss content and delivery focusing around YOUR policies and procedures as well as those set out in legislation and national minimum standards.
Ongoing Support
Following training we will offer optional feedback sessions, advice, guidance and support to you and your staff and provide suggested improvements.

We have used Alison for the majority of our staff training over the past 12 months.
Alison tailors each course to our own individual needs that best suits us as an organisation working with children with additional needs. Alison is approachable, reliable and no judgmental and delivers all her courses in a friendly, fun and interactive way. She turns up on time and has always got all the relevant documents and resources needed to deliver the course. Alison’s after care and support to us has been second to none, with follow up emails with handy tips, relevant documents and continuous guidance. As a charity, finding cheap and high quality training is very difficult, we are so happy that we found Alison, and will continue to use her fantastic and informative courses well into the future.
